Summer Walk: Exploring farming life on a dairy farm

A guided tour around a local dairy farm, at the kind invitation of Robert Thornhill, who farms at Great Longstone.  We will hear about modern dairy farming, and how Robert balances running that business with environmental concerns.  There will be a short walk across the farm, under Robert’s guidance.

Children under 16 years old are welcome, but only if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
