Our litter picking group is planning two events to support the Great British September Clean – one in Litton and one in Tideswell. Everyone is welcome to join in and do their bit to help keep our communities looking fine and cared for.
Both events will start at 2pm, Sunday 13th September. Meet in the Pot Market for the Tideswell litter pick. Meet at the Litton War Memorial for the Litton litter pick.
Please wear warm clothing and waterproofs if the weather is poor. Latex gloves are a useful addition (sometimes needed to handle rubbish). But litter picking sticks and sacks will be provided.
