Each team leader will speak for 5 minutes on the activities of their respective group.
A slide will be projected as a background to each speaker, taken from a Power Point presentation by Lynn.
Lynn & Andrea to arrange circulation of the presentation to all group leaders so they can amend as they wish.
Speaker to be invited : New EM Mayor, Lynn to arrange
( other speakers in reserve in case Mayor unable to attend – Neil Buttle)
2. ANNUAL REPORT
Lynn agreed to produce the report on behalf of TDEG
Sue to submit Chair’s report to Lynn
Laura to submit accounts to Lynn
3. URGENT APPEAL FOR TDEG SECRETARY

Printer :
Jules to confirm to Sheelagh that she may dispose of the printer.
Buying group :
Jules suggested a food-based event, to which other groups might be invited to have stands.
Speakers:
Various potential speakers were previously mentioned in emails.
Andrea suggested that we invite Danny from Farmacy Co-op. He is based at ABC, Bakewell.
Derbyshire Dales CVS membership.
Sue to complete membership application forms
No date was set for the next Committee meeting. TBA at the AGM.
The future of TDEG was discussed.
Sue thanked everyone for attending, and for their contribution to the proceedings.
